Hi All,

When I am checking out the license facing an error "Unable to connect license host". My license file is valid up to Aug 20th.

Now I am unable to work with iTest. Suddenly today i faced this error.

My iTest version is iTest3.4.0.

Any suggestions!!

Re: Error: Unable to connect license host

Re: Error: Unable to connect license host

Hi,

Are you using NodeLock or Floating license? Please check the temp directory to get the log for licenseing. In that log file you will get the reason for not connecting the licenses.

Make sure that your system date should be present date. If you change the system date also you will find these kind of issues.

Thanks,

Rupa

Hi,

To check whether iTest is able to reach license server or not, go to "license sources" tab in License settings.

In the License servers check the status is OK or FAIL. If the status is OK then you will be able to check out the licenses. If status is FAIL then there is an issue with server side.

To check the issue, first try to ping the license server from the client machine. If it is pinging then, check the license server service is up or down state.

For better understanding please post the server log file which will be available in the license server folder.

Thanks,

Venkat
