Hi Yun,
Could you please make us understand the scenario more . The itestBHO means itest Browser Helper Object. Right?
I could not understand why you need to add this.
iTest 4.1.4 is only supported to IE8. for capture and replay
Could you please confirm
Thank You!

Hi Sandeep,
Thanks for your reply! This issue have been resoved by re-install iTest.
I met this kind of issue twice in different customer sites. Sometimes the itestBHO plugin was not installed during iTest installation process, but customer do NOT know it and find the external IE cannot be captured and replayed. Re-install iTest can figure it out.
Regards,
Yun

Hi Yun,
I believe by registering the dll manually from the command line would resolve the issue. The DLL is located in the plugins folder of itest under the com.fnfr.svt.applications.web.resources.XXX / IEExtension folder.
Close all instances of IE and iTest
From the command line run:
regsvr32 <path to the DLL shipped with iTest>
Then launch IE manually. Go to Tools->Manage Add ons -> Enable/Disable addons
Make sure you see an entry called "iTestBHO" in the enabled section.
Hope it helps!
Thanks,
Lakshmi
